Planning for the 2026 Pewaukee Farmers Market season is in full swing! The first market of the season is scheduled for June 3.
Volunteers are needed on Wednesdays. See below volunteer descriptions
Set-up | 2-3 pm
Two or three volunteers are needed each week to bring tents, tables, signage and other items from the church building to the upper parking lot. Set-up may include some lifting.
Parking Lot Greeters | 3-4:30 pm and/or 4:30-6 pm
Two volunteers for each shift are needed to direct traffic and welcome shoppers. Greeters will be standing for the majority of their shifts.
InfoRMATION Tent | 3-4:30 pm and/or 4:30-6 pm
Two volunteers are needed each shift to register shoppers for the Frequent Shopper program and answer general questions.
Kid's Activity Tent | 3-4:30 pm and/or 4:30-6 pm
One Kid's Activity Tent volunteer is needed each shift to lead various activities for kiddo's. There may be a ton of fun involved!
Take Down | 6:00-6:30 pm
Two or three volunteers are needed each week to bring tents, tables, signage and other items from the upper parking lot to the church building. Take-down may include some lifting.
